The annual conference of the Illinois Sociological Association brings together a diverse group of scholars, educators, students, and professionals from across the state and region. This year's conference theme-Building Collaborative Communities-highlights the ISA's ongoing commitment to supporting those whose research, teaching, careers, and community engagement develops or applies the sociological perspective, as well as the Association's interest in fostering connections among sociologists and social scientists working in related fields of study such as communication, economics, history, political science, and psychology.
